✔ After I purchase the planner, how will it be delivered to me?

The planner is a digital product that can be downloaded in PDF format. After purchase, it can be viewed in your browser, saved, and downloaded. You have the option to open it on your computer, phone, or tablet. However, it is not fillable on the computer. You will have to print it in order to write in it.

✔ Can the planner sheets be filled in on the computer?

Unfortunately, this is not a fillable PDF. In order to write in the planner and fill in the spaces, you will need to print it. The PDF comes as a whole, but you can easily print individual pages if you don’t wish to use every sheet, or if you want to print one page multiple times.

✔ Can I use the planner more than once?

Yes! That’s the great part of this being a printable PDF. You can print and use the planner as many times as you like.

✔ Does the planner work with other diets?

This planner was designed to work with a low-carb diet, but each of the sheets can be used with any type of diet you’re embarking on.

✔ Do I have to have a printer?

You don’t have to have your own printer. You can take this PDF to a print center and have it printed for you.

✔ Do I need to be computer savvy to use this?

No. The only thing you’ll need to be able to do is open the PDF and print it. You can also save the PDF on your computer to use later. No other computer skills are needed.

✔ Do I need to print each sheet more than once?
