ABOUT THE COOK
Hi, I’m Laura Lynch. I’ve been cooking and eating low carb meals for nearly a decade. It was clear to me at one point in my life that eating plates of pasta and sandwiches full of carbs and extra calories wasn’t going to work for me.
I leaned on low carb meals to help curb the weight gain that comes with age and overeating. It turns out it’s not so difficult to cut the carbs from your diet. You can still eat all kinds of delicious things, without all those carbs. I’ve been cooking since I was very young, alongside my mother, who is a fantastic cook.
I began creating my own recipes as soon as I learned flavor profiles. It’s one of the things I love to do the most. Food is my passion. I run four other websites that focus on food and food travel.
