Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 2 cups (74 g) fresh strawberries
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1/4 cup (75 g) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons (59 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (59 ml) high-quality olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons (15 ml) agave syrup or sugar-free syrup

Instructions

  • Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Add all dressing ingredients to a container or jar with a lid. Shake well.
  • Pour over the salad and toss to coat.

Notes
