Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and eggs. Stir until cream cheese is smooth. Add shredded cheese and stir.
Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined, then fold in the chopped ham. Resist the urge to overmix so the biscuits don’t become tough.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
Form 18 balls of dough and space them out on the baking sheet.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter.
