Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups almond flour chilled
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and eggs. Stir until cream cheese is smooth. Add shredded cheese and stir.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined, then fold in the chopped ham. Resist the urge to overmix so the biscuits don’t become tough.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
  • Form 18 balls of dough and space them out on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter.
