Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar substitute Erythritol or Allulose
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the mini waffle maker.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into the waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, until crispy and cooked through.
