Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup turkey broth or pan drippings
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maggi liquid seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. When melted, add the turkey broth. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper or Maggi liquid seasoning (optional).
  • Sprinkle in the xanthan gum and whisk until incorporated. Continue to simmer until the gravy has thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and serve right away.
