Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with a silicon mat or parchment paper.
  • Form 9 small balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
