Instructions
Mix all spices together in a bowl. Add steak pieces and toss to coat with seasoning.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and sear without touching for 2-3 minutes. Toss the steak and cook for another 3 minutes.
Transfer the steak to a plate. Add the butter to the skillet with the remaining cooking liquid. Once melted, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the steak back to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter.
