Ingredients

  • 2 firm-ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.25 g) pepper
  • 8 ounces (227 g) burrata
  • 1 tablespoon (2 g) basil chopped
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to Medium.
  • Wash the peaches. Cut each peach into quarters removing the pit. In a bowl stir together the olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir the peaches to coat. Place peaches on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, grilling both cut sides.
  • Place peaches on a plate. Add the burrata and cut open. Top with fresh cut basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
