Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 2 green onions sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the cabbage, green onions, and almonds. Stir to combine.
  • Add the sesame seeds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, agave syrup and a pinch of salt to a sealable glass jar and shake to combine.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy.
