  • 2 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Stir well to combine, making sure to fully incorporate the blue cheese. Some of the cheese should be mashed in, while some pieces remain whole.


  • You can substitute the buttermilk with equal amounts of sour cream.
  • This dressing will keep for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
